One of the features that sets Workleap Skills apart is its ability to allow you to easily add new roles to your organization as needed.

To get started, all you need to do is visit the Roles page in Workleap Skills. From there, you can click on the "Add role" button in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to a simple and user-friendly interface that allows you to search for the role you want to add. Once you've found the right one, simply click "Generate with AI" to begin the process.

Workleap Skills's AI-powered technology will automatically generate a job description, select and weigh appropriate skills, and suggest related career paths. The job description will be formatted consistently with other roles, but it can be customized as needed to better reflect your organization's unique requirements. Similarly, the suggested skills can be modified or weighted differently to reflect the role's specific needs.

If you come across a role that doesn't have an internal role assigned, don't worry - you can create one with just a few clicks. Simply click the "Create one" link to get started. Keep in mind, however, that doing so will close the role you're currently working on.

Finally, if you ever need to remove a role from your progression list, just click the red X on the far right of the list. When you're satisfied with the new role, just click the "Add role" button at the top of the page to add it to your organization's list of available roles.

With Workleap Skills, adding new roles to your organization is a breeze. Whether you're expanding your team, restructuring your workforce, or simply looking to stay ahead of the curve, Workleap Skills has you covered. And remember, our support team is always here to help if you have any questions or concerns!
