How to invite managers and subject-matter experts to collaborate on “roles”

Workleap Skills’s collaborative role creation feature allows you to work seamlessly with your team to keep roles up-to-date or post new positions as new needs arise.

When you view a role, all collaborators are conveniently displayed in the top right corner of the screen.

Adding new collaborators is a breeze - just click on the button and search for the person you want to add. Once you've found them, click to add themas a collaborator. And if someone needs to be removed, simply click on the X on the right.

It's important to note that collaborators have a lot of power. They can edit role descriptions, add and modify skills, and add or remove skills from a career path. Plus, they can even post new positions for that role! Just keep in mind that collaborators can't add other users to the role, so you remain in control of who's on the team.
