How to track employee participation
Updated over a year ago

Employee participation is key to ensuring you’re getting the most out of Workleap Skills.

Luckily, with Workleap Skills's Participation report, you can easily track employee engagement.

To access this report, head over to the Reports page and click on the Participation link.

Here, you can view all employees in your company and their level of engagement with Workleap Skills, including the number of changes made and when they were made.

But that's not all. You can also refine your search by using the filter button located in the top right corner. This allows you to narrow down the data by specific roles, employees, hire dates, and more, giving you a more detailed breakdown of employee participation.

Once you've selected your filter criteria, click on "Update filter" to apply it to the table. And if you ever want to reset the table back to its default view, simply click on "Clear filter."

As we like to say here at Workleap Skills: “skill mapping success is a team sport”. Employee participation is crucial to unlock the full value of Workleap Skills and bring your team to the next level. Make sure you keep a close eye on it!
