First, head over to the Settings page and click on HRIS. Don't worry about financial data being accessed, as read-only access to your company, employees, and teams will be given to Workleap Skills.

Next, click Connect HRIS and select your existing HR provider from the list. Follow the prompts from your selected HRIS and once authenticated, you’ll be redirected to the settings page. You'll see your connection status and the option to disconnect the HRIS link.

At the bottom of the page, you can trigger a manual sync and see the status of any automated syncing. Keep an eye out for these states:

  • Sync in progress or scheduled: During this state, you’ll be unable to run another sync.

  • Successful sync: Your latest sync has been successfully completed.

  • Sync failure: Your last sync was unsuccessful. Attempt another sync to address any issues.

  • Reauthentication required: You need to log back into your HRIS.

So, why wait? Integrate your HR system with Workleap Skills today and enjoy a hassle-free experience!
