Organization Setting
The organization language is used to:
Set the default language for new users
Generate the roles & skills descriptions
You can set the language directly in the organization settings.
User Setting
The user language is used to:
Use the application (including skills) in the specified language
Send email to the user
You can set the user language from the user profile by clicking on your profile badge in the top bar or by editing the user.
Limitations
We don't support everything yet, here's the limitations:
Skills & Roles descriptions, Role & Department & Custom Skill Names can only be set in one language. Work around: use the same field with translations.
Marketing, Billing and Account management communications are only available in English
